Who can become a member of PKBWL?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

A member of the Commission shall be appointed by the minister responsible for transport after a consultation with the Commission Chairman, for a period of 4 years. A member of the Commission may become a person who:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. is a Polish citizen and enjoys full public rights;<\/li>\n
  2. has a full legal capacity;<\/li>\n
  3. has never been convicted for a crime committed intentionally;<\/li>\n
  4. holds a tertiary education diploma;<\/li>\n
  5. has a documented 5-year experience in one of the following fields: 
    <\/span>– aviation law;
    – aviation training;
    – air traffic;
    – aircraft operation;
    – engineers – aircraft designers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
